Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Bloxpi, an AI-assisted Roblox creation product. By using Bloxpi, you agree to these terms.

Using Bloxpi

You are responsible for your account, your prompts, your Projects, and anything you publish or share. You must use Bloxpi lawfully and follow Roblox rules, platform policies, and any applicable third-party terms.

AI And Studio Actions

Bloxpi uses AI systems and a Roblox Studio plugin to help inspect, generate, and edit Roblox experiences. AI output can be incomplete, unsafe, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated content and Studio changes before using, saving, publishing, or monetizing them.

During the current launch phase, Bloxpi agents may run autonomous Studio commands in your paired Roblox Studio session when you ask the agent to work. Bloxpi does not currently promise rollback, recovery, or prevention of unwanted edits.

Your Content

You keep whatever rights you have in content you submit to Bloxpi. You give Bloxpi permission to process your prompts, Project data, Room Files, Studio status, generated code, command results, and model outputs to provide, debug, secure, and improve the service.

Observability And Debugging

Bloxpi may capture detailed debug traces of Agent Runs and lab runs, including prompts, assembled context, model messages, tool calls and results, Studio Luau code and results, internal record identifiers, timing, cost, errors, and final replies. These traces help us compare systems, diagnose issues, improve quality, and operate the service.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Bloxpi to break the law, harm others, abuse Roblox or Bloxpi systems, upload secrets or credentials, infringe intellectual property rights, generate malicious code, bypass safety controls, or interfere with service reliability.

Third-Party Services

Bloxpi depends on third-party services such as Roblox, authentication providers, hosting and database providers, AI model providers, sandbox infrastructure, and observability providers. Their services may be unavailable, change, or impose their own terms.

No Warranty

Bloxpi is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated output will meet your expectations.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloxpi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as Bloxpi changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
