Privacy Policy

Bloxpi helps users create Roblox experiences with AI and a paired Roblox Studio plugin. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect account information you provide or connect, such as your Google sign-in identity and linked Roblox account details. We also collect Bloxpi Project content, Project messages, Room Files, Studio connection status, plugin session metadata, generated Studio commands, command results, model outputs, usage data, and operational logs.

During early launch, Bloxpi may capture full-debug observability traces globally. These traces may include prompts, assembled context, model messages, tool calls and results, Studio Luau code and results, internal Bloxpi record identifiers, timing data, cost data, failures, and final replies. We use this data to debug, compare lab and webapp behavior, improve quality, and keep the system safe. We do not intentionally collect passwords, API keys, session tokens, plugin tokens, OAuth secrets, or provider keys in these traces.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Bloxpi, pair Roblox Studio, run AI model calls, execute requested Studio actions, maintain Projects, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, monitor costs and reliability, improve product quality, and communicate about the service.

Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate Bloxpi, including hosting, authentication, database, sandbox execution, AI model providers, Roblox services, and observability providers such as Langfuse. These services may process information on our behalf so Bloxpi can function.

Your Content

Do not submit secrets, private credentials, or sensitive personal information to Bloxpi prompts, Room Files, Studio commands, or connected Roblox projects. AI systems can make mistakes, and you are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it.

Retention And Choices

We keep information as long as reasonably needed to provide, debug, secure, and improve Bloxpi, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Early full-debug tracing will be reviewed as traffic grows so we can reduce capture scope, sampling, or retention when appropriate. You can contact us to request help with your account or data.

Children

Bloxpi is not intended for children under 13. If you are not old enough to use Bloxpi on your own, use it only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy as Bloxpi changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
